In the 21stth minute of the game Cesar Mergildo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quetan FC's Anastasio Suero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herminio Ibon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Millano in the 26th minute of play. Julian Koldo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Quetan FC's Anastasio Suero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Mergildo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Cesar Mergildo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LAZO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Anastasio Suero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cesar Mergildo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Cesar Mergildo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anastasio Suero. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 61st minute Salvador Millano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Ibon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Millano, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Cesar Mergildo put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Anastasio Suero. The supporters of Quetan FC booed when LAZO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herminio Ibon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Koldo in the 74th minute of the match. Quetan FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cesar Mergildo 76 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. A collision led to LAZO getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Godofredo Pello hit a great ball. Anastasio Suero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Mergildo's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Quetan FC! When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, LAZO's Raul Ortle got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Anastasio Suero. When Quetan FC's Victorino Francis in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LAZO's goalie prevented a goal.
