Erubiel Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Gelacio in the 13th minute of play. Fulgencio Guilabertus went to the wrong direction when Clodoveo Camerino was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 25 played minutes, Aurinegro Millonario's Lázaro Bertol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erubiel Cordarell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aurinegro Millonario reached it. In the 34th minute of the match Clodoveo Camerino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fulgencio Guilabertus skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Severiano Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aurinegro Millonario's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Gelacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. From close distance Adrian Henry pressed in the 2-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 38 minutes into the game. Reynaldo Gergori blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Guilabertus having to make a save. A collision led to Aurinegro Millonario getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gaston Garaile hit a great ball. Froilan Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Adrian Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Guilabertus having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Peio was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Henry in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Guilabertus saved Aurinegro Millonario from getting behind. Horacio Peio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Guilabertus having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Gergori in the 74th minute of play forced Aurinegro Millonario's goalkeeper Fulgencio Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Gelacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Cordarell having to interfere. Moises Eusko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Guilabertus having to interfere. Reynaldo Gergori might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Guilabertus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Gergori ran back to his position shaking his head. Adrian Henry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fulgencio Guilabertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Camerino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polvaredas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aurinegro Millonario the free kick. Clodoveo Camerino kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Erubiel Cordarell made a fantastic save in the 100th minute, when Severiano Gelacio sent off a good shot on target. Polvaredas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
