Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zeledon Urbez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Herminio Ibon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rolando Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Soin in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Salvador Gonzales notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of F.C. Neptuno's Rolando Karmel. Rolando Karmel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th match minute, F.C. Neptuno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Sustrai to maneuver through the defense. Raul Ortle took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolando Karmel. F.C. Neptuno's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. Neptuno's Zeledon Urbez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Herminio Ibon. That made the score 1-1 after 22 minutes of play. Raul Ortle charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Ortle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Herminio Ibon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Ibon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 37 minutes, Tomas Rufio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Neptuno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Rufio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Urbasa in the 40th minute of play forced LAZO's goalkeeper Herminio Ibon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Cesar Mergildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. LAZO's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Mergildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Karmel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zeledon Urbez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cesar Mergildo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LAZO's protests and gave Cesar Mergildo a yellow card for diving instead. Cesar Mergildo kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Herminio Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Urbez, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th match minute, LAZO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Ortle to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Urbez in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herminio Ibon saved LAZO from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, F.C. Neptuno's Zeledon Urbez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herminio Ibon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66th minute of the match Vladimiro Diagur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herminio Ibon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute, Zeledon Urbez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Neptuno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Zeledon Urbez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of F.C. Neptuno booed when LAZO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes LAZO got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gonzales. Herminio Ibon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Urbasa in the 78th minute of play. Herminio Ibon came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Neptuno's Haroldo Ibon. But to his dismay, Haroldo Ibon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Zeledon Urbez took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Ibon. Herminio Ibon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Zeledon Urbez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Herminio Ibon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. F.C. Neptuno fully deserved thier win.
