Vladimiro Orlanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Papo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sergio Etxeberri fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malleo FC's protests and gave Sergio Etxeberri a yellow card for diving instead. Malleo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pastor Rivero in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Americo Nardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 21 minutes, Julio Hegoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malleo FC and the Seeber players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Malleo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Hegoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute of the match Lorenzo Mendez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimiro Orlanda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Inocencio Goito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonatan Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If Inocencio Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Muno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Americo Nardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Hilario Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Nardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Santos having to interfere. Vladimiro Orlanda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Papo in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabio Papo to strike the kick off in the second half. Seeber's Jonatan Claus got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Malleo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Papo came free, but Vladimiro Orlanda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seeber's goalkeeper Hilario Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonatan Claus hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Seeber's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sergio Etxeberri 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Sergio Etxeberri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd match minute, Seeber was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Oro to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Etxeberri's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Malleo FC's Vladimiro Orlanda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Papo in the 91st minute of play. If Fabio Papo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Baldomiro Cortez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Hegoi missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 98 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Hilario Santos right hand side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Malleo FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
