The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mariano Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Raitin in the 3rd minute of the match. Leonardo Cordarell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Borrachines CF's Abelardo Ixidor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cayetano Frans who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Mariano Selatse when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Tuqui Luli's Mariano Selatse got control of the ball when Leonardo Cordarell tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Eulalio Foro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faustino Txaran during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes, Borrachines CF's Leonardo Cordarell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mariano Selatse came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Borrachines CF reached it. The supporters of Borrachines CF booed when Tuqui Luli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Txaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Bertran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Alfonso Policarpio lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 45th minute, one of Tuqui Luli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tuqui Luli. In the 47th minute, Borrachines CF got a penalty, and Constantino Sabino placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaspar Bertran was the one to do the kick off. Eulalio Foro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes, Prospero Arotza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borrachines CF and the Tuqui Luli players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes Borrachines CF got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Arotza. Aquiles Ritchie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaspar Bertran went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Borrachines CF's Aquiles Ritchie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Borrachines CF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Ixidor in the 67th minute of play forced Tuqui Luli's goalkeeper Mariano Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borrachines CF's Aquiles Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Foro in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Eulalio Foro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuqui Luli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Foro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Gaspar Bertran got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Borrachines CF's Aquiles Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Foro in the 74th minute of play. Gaspar Bertran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Aquiles Ritchie made a huge save. When Gaspar Bertran came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Tuqui Luli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Bertran couldn't finish the play. Mariano Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Borrachines CF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
