Uriel Luar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Albano Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Barbosa in the 38th minute of play. Albano Goito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Stegmann FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
