Benjamin Ipar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. untalesteban's Uriel Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Mero in the 12th minute of play. Uriel Luar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Mero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Burutzagi in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Luar saved untalesteban from getting behind. Dario Bihar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of untalesteban booed when Tacoyoj FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Mero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a good free kick, Conrado Mero got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for untalesteban. If Rodolfo Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd match minute, Tacoyoj FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Afonso to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Tacoyoj FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Ipar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damaso Claus. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Claus couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Ipar having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santiago Burutzagi made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Santiago Burutzagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacoyoj FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Burutzagi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Luar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tacoyoj FC's Benjamin Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Claus in the 73rd minute of play. Rodolfo Barbosa scored 1-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Ipar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Santiago Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Moise's late challenge caught a untalesteban's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Moise helped the player get up and apologised. Tomás Moise kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tacoyoj FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florentino Indar was slow to take the kick. During this time untalesteban's players had a chance to rest. Damaso Claus struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Benjamin Ipar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for untalesteban. After a defensive mix-up in Tacoyoj FC's zone, Damaso Claus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Ipar came out of the goal and Damaso Claus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
