Albano Goito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Etxeberri went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Malleo FC booed when Stegmann FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Senon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Malleo FC's Pastor Rivero broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 11th minute, Americo Nardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Stegmann FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Etxeberri came free, but Albano Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Goito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Sergio Etxeberri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Stegmann FC's Luciano Txindoki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Orlanda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Stegmann FC's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Nardo came free, but Albano Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Americo Nardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malleo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Americo Nardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sergio Etxeberri to strike the kick off in the second half. Feliciano Gamus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Stegmann FC fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Stegmann FC's Feliciano Gamus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Luciano Txindoki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stegmann FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Txindoki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Orlanda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd match minute, Malleo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Muno to maneuver through the defense. Luciano Txindoki might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Orlanda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luciano Txindoki ran back to his position shaking his head. Feliciano Gamus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Orlanda having to interfere. In the 71st minute Feliciano Gamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Orlanda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albano Goito was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Americo Nardo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 74 minute of play. Vladimiro Orlanda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Txindoki, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Vladimiro Orlanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Senon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Breogan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Vladimiro Orlanda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malleo FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
