The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aristides Toli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Gimenez in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Errapel saved Reconquista from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Roberto Errapel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 21 played minutes Reconquista got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Sadurni. Roberto Errapel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Reconquista's Romeo Uxio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robustiano Karlo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Augusto Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Toli took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robustiano Karlo. Robustiano Karlo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Romeo Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Gimenez in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Romeo Uxio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robustiano Karlo. NN AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Uxio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Romeo Uxio made the kick off in the second half. Roberto Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Harri in the 56th minute of play. If Augusto Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Karlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Uxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 78th minute Augusto Harri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 86th minute, but Robustiano Karlo got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving NN AFC hanging dry this time. In the 91st minute, Bernardo Gimenez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto Errapel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Gimenez in the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Reconquista walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
