After a rather tough play, Chañarito FC's Miguel Beila got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With his leg Leandro Juvenal managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Nottingham Forest F.C.'s Hernan Paez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd minute, Isaias Santiago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nottingham Forest F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Isaias Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Juvenal having to interfere. The wind increased when Isaias Santiago made the kick off in the second half. Leandro Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Santiago in the 51st minute of play. If Hernan Paez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 56 minutes into the game, Gaspar Mannie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nottingham Forest F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chañarito FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Nottingham Forest F.C.'s Gaspar Mannie got a free kick in the 56th minute. 5-0 became the score in the 61st minute when Isaias Santiago elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Igor Amor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaspar Mannie was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 68 played minutes, Chañarito FC's Florencio Porfiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angelo Matia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chañarito FC reached it. Isaias Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Leandro Juvenal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Santiago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Angelo Matia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Freddy Ovando. After a defensive mix-up in Chañarito FC's zone, Isaias Santiago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Juvenal came out of the goal and Isaias Santiago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nottingham Forest F.C. had played much better football throughout.
