Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnoldo Leizarraga started the match with the kick off. Adolfo Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Javiero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Mencué FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Claudio Onofre hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Valentin Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Leizarraga in the 13th minute of the match. Bernabe Huly kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Javier Lander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Onofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors's zone, Claudio Onofre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Lander came out of the goal and Claudio Onofre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Claudio Onofre tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Javier Lander saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 34th minute of the game Gustavo Lore made a throw-in which Fernando Eduino played forward. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Valentin Javiero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Adolfo Lorenz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The long shot by Gustavo Lore in the 57th minute really tested Adolfo Lorenz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 60th minute Claudio Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Lander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boca Juniors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bernabe Huly was slow to take the kick. During this time Mencué FC's players had a chance to rest. Mencué FC's Julian Curcio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Javier Lander in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Mencué FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Federico Indar hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, Mencué FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Huly to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Lorenz having to interfere. Javier Lander came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mencué FC's Claudio Onofre. But to his dismay, Claudio Onofre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0.
