The referee ignored Franklin FC's protests and gave Elias Behe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Elias Behe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higinio Cebo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gualterio Sayveon went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Franklin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Argider came free, but Higinio Cebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualterio Sayveon in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Cebo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Antonio Cicchini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gualterio Sayveon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Canarios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Sayveon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Cebo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gualterio Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Alejo Argider shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Cebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Cicchini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bruno Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualterio Sayveon to strike the kick off in the second half. Gualterio Sayveon charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience was convinced that Alejo Argider's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Cebo was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When Los Canarios FC's Alejo Argider in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Franklin FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gualterio Sayveon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After a rather tough play, Franklin FC's Carlos Indartsu got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Franklin FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los Canarios FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
