The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nunez Bartuelo during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sanabria AFC's Nunez Bartuelo got a free kick in the 8th minute. When Teobaldo Magdaleno fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buitres FC's protests and gave Teobaldo Magdaleno a yellow card for diving instead. Teobaldo Magdaleno hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Levi Ackerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Cordarell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Levi Ackerman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Guerau in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Sanabria AFC booed when Buitres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Magdaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levi Ackerman having to interfere. After some careless play in the Buitres FC defense, Pastor Cordarell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Levi Ackerman. The Buitres FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Levi Ackerman should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buitres FC's goalkeeper Levi Ackerman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 42 played minutes, Sanabria AFC's Victoriano Javiar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Levi Ackerman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sanabria AFC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Cordarell in the 43rd minute of play forced Buitres FC's goalkeeper Levi Ackerman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sanabria AFC's zone, Saul Faro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Cordarrel came out of the goal and Saul Faro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Pastor Cordarell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Levi Ackerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Guerau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Buitres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Guerau came free, but Levi Ackerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Levi Ackerman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Bartuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Higinio Jon hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Nunez Bartuelo was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Buitres FC booed when Sanabria AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Bartuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute of the match Lino Faro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Cordarrel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jaime Guerau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levi Ackerman having to interfere. Pastor Cordarell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Levi Ackerman having to make a save. Sanabria AFC's Pastor Cordarell got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Platon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Levi Ackerman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Sanabria AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
