An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Taurino in the 8th minute of play forced Higuain FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Cebrian was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. The supporters of Higuain FC booed when Santisa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Cebrian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benigno Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koke Branca's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 14th play minute Dionisio Gustau came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benigno Montel. 1-0. Benigno Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koke Branca, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Eriberto Txordon came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Santisa FC's Gabriel Taurino. But to his dismay, Gabriel Taurino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 28 minutes into the match, Santisa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Koke Branca came free, but Benigno Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benigno Montel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Siro Playo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 35 minute of play. Koke Branca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Benigno Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amado Llorienzo charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Llorienzo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Santisa FC got a freekick which was hit by Amado Llorienzo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Benigno Montel came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Higuain FC's Koke Branca. But to his dismay, Koke Branca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Benigno Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionisio Gustau's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Koke Branca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Domingos Dubardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionisio Gustau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benigno Montel having to make a save. After 66 played minutes Santisa FC got a freekick which was hit by Amado Llorienzo. After a defensive mix-up in Santisa FC's zone, Dionisio Gustau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benigno Montel came out of the goal and Dionisio Gustau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the game, Higuain FC's Koke Branca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benigno Montel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 79th minute, Venancio Pacifico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Taurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Eriberto Txordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Taurino during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Santisa FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gabriel Taurino hit a great ball. Koke Branca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Melquiades Soin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionisio Gustau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Benigno Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Higuain FC had played much better football throughout.
