Pablo Cooley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Emmanuel in the 28th minute of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Poma's Honorato Ignatius in the 30th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Haroldo Indalecio was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Futbol Club Oeste through an amazing save. Fermin Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Cooley having to interfere. The Poma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
