Bartolo Frasquito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Pabla in the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Dolfos in the 33rd minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico ®'s goalkeeper Bartolo Frasquito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Joachim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Joachim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Angelino Urtun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Ignatius couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Emita AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, Barrilete Cósmico ®'s Tobias Evangelista got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Angelino Urtun. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Joachim to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Mariano Joachim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Urtun. Emita AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Joachim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Guaberto Ignatius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Urtun having to interfere. Maximiliano Araoz's late challenge caught a Barrilete Cósmico ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Araoz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Emita AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Araoz to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Tobias Evangelista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barrilete Cósmico ®'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ivan Poncio was slow to take the kick. During this time Emita AFC's players had a chance to rest. Emita AFC's Ivan Poncio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bartolo Frasquito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Guaberto Ignatius struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Angelino Urtun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrilete Cósmico ®. In the 73rd minute, Barrilete Cósmico ®'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pascual Dolfos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Pascual Dolfos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emita AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Dolfos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Frasquito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 83 minutes of play, Barrilete Cósmico ®'s Mariano Joachim made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Urtun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariano Joachim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Urtun having to interfere.
