Lorenzo Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Leon Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A5 WG's Leon Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Laurendi in the 16th minute of play. A5 WG's Carlos Abar got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aaron Dayam kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Carlos Abar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Gorbea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 25th minute Carlos Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Gorbea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cristobal Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candioti's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Maule breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 34 minutes, Lorenzo Laurendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candioti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Laurendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leon Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Aquiles Felipillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Ivan Delfino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A5 WG's Leon Maule did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Carlos Abar managed to get in a good position for a shot. A5 WG's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Abar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Gorbea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saturnino Bento in the 49th minute. After the first half A5 WG were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Abar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Carlos Abar managed to get in a good position for a shot. A5 WG's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Abar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Gorbea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Candioti's goalkeeper Alvaro Gorbea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Hipolito Gai fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danilo Amor during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Danilo Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Saturnino Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Laurendi in the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Candioti's goalkeeper Alvaro Gorbea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Abar in the 80th minute of play forced Candioti's goalkeeper Alvaro Gorbea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candioti's Alvaro Gorbea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Candioti from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Candioti's Alvaro Gorbea got control of the ball when Hipolito Gai tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Jairo Distiratsu in the 91st minute really tested Alvaro Gorbea's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in A5 WG's zone, Lorenzo Laurendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Maule came out of the goal and Lorenzo Laurendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Candioti supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching A5 WG's performance. The match ended with a win for A5 WG.
