Alejo Cordearo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Alvaro Gorbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candioti's Alvaro Gorbea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio George in the 33rd minute of play. After 33 played minutes Candioti got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Ekain. Candioti's Alvaro Gorbea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Candioti from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Candioti booed when villa ortuchaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Ivan Delfino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Erdiano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenzo Laurendi to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Benigno Erdiano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alvaro Gorbea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Cordearo in the 59th minute of play. If Remigio George had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, villa ortuchaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Onbera to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 82 minutes into the match, villa ortuchaca 's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Laurendi came free, but Benigno Erdiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Patrido's late challenge caught a Candioti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Patrido helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Patrido kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match.
