Severino Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Fe in the 7th minute of the match. Dioses's Severino Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Abajas in the 9th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dioses's zone, Leo Abajas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Sesuldo came out of the goal and Leo Abajas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Melchor Fe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Sesuldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Balbus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Cordarin came free, but German Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19thth minute of the game Leo Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dioses's Severino Sesuldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severino Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Fe in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Leo Abajas made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Dioses's Severino Sesuldo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Severino Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Fe in the 28th minute of play. German Otoniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The wind increased when Leo Abajas made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Leo Abajas sped through Dioses's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Severino Sesuldo. If Arnulfo Hechter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dioses's Severino Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Dioses from getting a goal against them. After having played for 69 minutes, Leo Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balbus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Abajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Otoniel came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Dioses's Ciro Cordarin. But to his dismay, Ciro Cordarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Melchor Fe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balbus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Fe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Sesuldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Leo Abajas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severino Sesuldo was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Severino Sesuldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melchor Fe in the 78th minute. Balbus FC played a much better game than Dioses and deserved their victory. The Dioses players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
