Feliciano Ekain came out of the goal and Aquiles Bixintxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the game, Leon Txordon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mellizos AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falckner the free kick. If Narciso Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-0 became the score in the 10th minute when Iker Tomi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Mellizos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Egun came free, but Feliciano Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliciano Ekain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Iratzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliciano Ekain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Bixintxo in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Falckner's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Tomi came free, but Santo Kaiet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Mellizos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Bixintxo came free, but Feliciano Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliciano Ekain came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Falckner's Jeremias Egun. But to his dismay, Jeremias Egun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jeremias Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Ekain having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquiles Bixintxo made a kick off. Jeremias Egun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliciano Ekain read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Mellizos AFC's Feliciano Ekain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Mellizos AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Arnulfo Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jeremias Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Mellizos AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Leonides Cloyo hit a great ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Aquiles Bixintxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falckner's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Bixintxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 66 minutes of play Mellizos AFC's Leonides Cloyo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Mellizos AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Leonides Cloyo hit a great ball. Falckner's Aquiles Bixintxo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Aquiles Bixintxo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mellizos AFC's Feliciano Ekain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Mellizos AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Aquiles Bixintxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Ekain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Egun got free with Feliciano Ekain in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliciano Ekain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeremias Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Feliciano Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliciano Ekain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Bixintxo in the 97th minute of play. Mellizos AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Falckner had controlled the match.
