The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Tohias got free with Emiliano Havier in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, MMCE FC's Nicanor Demario got a free kick in the 67th minute. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Arturo Tohias got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 78th match minute, Villa Atuel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Mannie to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Arturo Tohias managed to get in a good position for a shot. MMCE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Tohias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Havier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celso Honrio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Villa Atuel FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arturo Tohias fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. MMCE FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
