When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Aquiles Valiente took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cirilo Ignado to make any attempt to save it. Pablo Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cirilo Ignado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Pablo Austin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erubiel Euloxu hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd minute Lisandro Unai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Ponciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodolina's Lisandro Unai got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee ignored Teodolina's protests and gave Anastasio Dimo a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Teodolina got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Dimo. Pablo Austin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Ignado having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, Carpintería's Aquiles Valiente made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cirilo Ignado was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Aquiles Valiente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lisandro Unai succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 89th playminute.
