Raimundo Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Quintan having to interfere. Edelmiro Abad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Quintan having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Bernardo Orlondon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguadita and the Cuchilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes Aguadita got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Orlondon. After having played for 32 minutes, Raimundo Hartz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguadita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Hartz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aguadita's Edelmiro Abad got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raimundo Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rene Quintan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Tab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Fidencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Toro made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Cuchilla's Hugo Lauro got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Rene Quintan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Hartz in the 56th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Aguadita's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Fidencio came free, but Ramiro Tab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Raimundo Hartz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Aguadita's Bernardo Orlondon got a free kick in the 75th minute. Lucas Michael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cuchilla's zone, Aquiles Dacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rene Quintan came out of the goal and Aquiles Dacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Fidencio in the 83rd minute of play forced Aguadita's goalkeeper Ramiro Tab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Gavino Fidencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Tab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rene Quintan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Abad, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Hartz in the 90th minute of play forced Cuchilla's goalkeeper Rene Quintan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Aguadita's Bernardo Orlondon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rene Quintan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.
