Ramiro Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Bieito having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelo Gipuzkoa made a kick off. When Marcelo Gipuzkoa came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Ikki Fenix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Gipuzkoa couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Danilo Totakoxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ikki Fenix's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Totakoxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Regis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ikki Fenix's zone, Epifanio Urdaspal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteban Bieito came out of the goal and Epifanio Urdaspal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Regis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Gipuzkoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Danilo Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Regis having to interfere. Andres Tino charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andres Tino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andres Tino kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Adrian Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Totakoxe in the 74th minute of play. Andres Tino was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 75th minute, Andres Tino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Mebla por siempre's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Gipuzkoa came free, but Adrian Regis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Urdaspal struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Esteban Bieito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mebla por siempre. Marcelo Gipuzkoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Cristo Roano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Regis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Eriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ikki Fenix's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
