In the 11thth minute of the game Bonifacio Aurken who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hualcama's Julian Banegas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute, Bonifacio Aurken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eduardo Pacho's late challenge caught a Cachirulo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Pacho helped the player get up and apologised. Eduardo Pacho hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Hualcama's Julian Banegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Aurken in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Roque Iratxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Iratxo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Columbo saved Cachirulo AFC from getting behind. Roque Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Cachirulo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Iratxo came free, but Armando Columbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Ado in the 41st minute of play forced Cachirulo AFC's goalkeeper Armando Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Augusto Ado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Columbo was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Aurken to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Columbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Iratxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Cachirulo AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Roque Iratxo 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Hualcama's Julian Banegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Aurken in the 71st minute of play. If Benedicto Noe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes, Domingos Elorri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hualcama and the Cachirulo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benedicto Noe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Banegas having to interfere. Roque Iratxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Armando Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Banegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Aurken in the 88th minute of play. Benedicto Noe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Banegas having to interfere. Pastor Lopes's late challenge caught a Hualcama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Hualcama supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hualcama would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
