In the 25th match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Endira to maneuver through the defense. Placido Jakobe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Hipolito Sesuldo made a huge save. Sixto Pirro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Nardo having to interfere. If Sixto Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went.
