Club Atletico Rafaela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Banda the free kick. Serafin Sadurni hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Justo Baladi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Rafaela's Jacobo Oriol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Jacobo Remir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Rafaela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Banda the free kick. Jacobo Oriol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justo Baladi's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Jacobo Oriol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Roldanillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. If Anastasio Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Aristides Arnau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Jacobo Mikolas in the 28th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jacobo Oriol's left hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Baladi in the 30th minute of play forced Club Atletico Rafaela's goalkeeper Jacobo Oriol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasio Roldanillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jacobo Oriol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Oriol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Roldanillo in the 39th minute of play. Anastasio Roldanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Anastasio Roldanillo made the kick off in the second half. If Anastasio Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Gorri during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Club Atletico Rafaela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Gorri to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Procopio kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Justo Baladi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Jacobo Oriol made a huge save. After 72 played minutes Club Atletico Rafaela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Odol. In the 75th minute Epifanio James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Emeterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Oriol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Sayvion, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Justo Baladi came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the La Banda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justo Baladi couldn't finish the play. Serafin Sadurni hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 85 minutes Club Atletico Rafaela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jacobo Mikolas who took care of the corner kick. Justo Baladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jacobo Oriol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justo Baladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Oriol having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rafaela's goalkeeper Jacobo Oriol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Sayvion. After having played for 96 minutes, Hugo Mannie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Rafaela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Mannie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Atletico Rafaela were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of La Banda for a fine match.
