Amado Hever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Tadzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A very good chance. Leopoldo Cebo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedicto Asur's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Reverendo Alegria FC's Nestor Sidro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amado Hever narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Nestor Sidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Mark got free with Leopoldo Cebo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benedicto Asur charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedicto Asur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 37 played minutes balvanera FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Asur. In the 40th minute Nestor Sidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Hever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Cebo was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Benedicto Asur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benedicto Asur really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Efrain Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Tadzio to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, balvanera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Bilintx to maneuver through the defense. If Nestor Tadzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Petrigai kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Nestor Tadzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Hever having to make a save. 68 minutes into the game, Elias Eneto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reverendo Alegria FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave balvanera FC the free kick. A collision led to Reverendo Alegria FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Elias Eneto hit a great ball. Leopoldo Cebo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efrain Mark went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 76th minute of the match, Nestor Sidro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Amado Hever was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, balvanera FC's Amado Hever got control of the ball when Nestor Sidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 played minutes balvanera FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Petrigai. Amado Hever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Tadzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Nestor Sidro struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Amado Hever didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reverendo Alegria FC. Amado Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Tadzio in the 85th minute of play. Reverendo Alegria FC's Leopoldo Cebo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Asur in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Reverendo Alegria FC's Nestor Tadzio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amado Hever. That made the score 3-1 after 93 minutes of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Reverendo Alegria FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for balvanera FC.
