Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesus Dantel in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Umea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norberto Umea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Dantel, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the game, San Pedro FC's Cirilo Kimetz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Norberto Umea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a rather tough play, San Pedro FC's Bernabe Chesus got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jesus Dantel struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Norberto Umea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Pedro FC. After a rather tough play, Baskerville WFC's Israel Lluc got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Jesus Dantel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Cirilo Kimetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th minute, Jesus Dantel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Pedro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 76th minute, Cirilo Kimetz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as San Pedro FC's Jesus Dantel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Norberto Umea. That made the score 0-5 after 77 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernabe Chesus during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bernabe Chesus hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. San Pedro FC's Marciano Gasteiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Tano in the 83rd minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Cirilo Kimetz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Pedro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Kimetz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, San Pedro FC's Jesus Dantel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norberto Umea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Baskerville WFC's zone, Jesus Dantel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Umea came out of the goal and Jesus Dantel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the game, one of San Pedro FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
