Pincén's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Oier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Oier in the 24th minute of play forced Victoria's goalkeeper Gustavo Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Maximino Nastasio came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Victoria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Nastasio couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute Salvador Justin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Gotzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoria's Gustavo Cordairo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Quintana in the 58th minute of play. Maximino Nastasio succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. In the 66th minute, Maximino Nastasio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victoria's Salvador Justin got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Victoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Cordairo should have stopped the shot. Denis Licerio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by Victoria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
