An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Betadur in the 5th minute of play forced Tatengue FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Cordera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 played minutes Tatengue FC got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Ado. Justino Betadur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Cordera having to interfere. The supporters of Paredones FC booed when Tatengue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Raitin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Tatengue FC's Teodoro Savier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezequiel Suarez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Teodoro Savier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ezequiel Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Chuan in the 31st minute of the match. Luisito Chuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Teodoro Savier lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Ezequiel Suarez. Francisco Claris struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Eugenio Cordera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paredones FC. Teodoro Savier might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Suarez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodoro Savier ran back to his position shaking his head. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Ivan Raulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eugenio Cordera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Joanes kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Francisco Claris's late challenge caught a Tatengue FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Claris helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Francisco Claris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Chuan in the 66th minute of the match. Teodoro Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tatengue FC's Teodoro Savier got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 played minutes, Tatengue FC's Orlando Lordi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ezequiel Suarez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tatengue FC reached it. When Teodoro Savier came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Tatengue FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Savier couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes in the game, Justino Betadur fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eugenio Cordera having to interfere. Ezequiel Suarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Savier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Raulo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Paredones FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tatengue FC.
