Petarditos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Natal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Benet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Esteban Ur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Natal got free with Epifanio Benet in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, La Academia de Tincho's goalkeeper Epifanio Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Natal. In the 18thth minute of the game Esteban Ur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Petarditos FC's Gaston Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gaston Beti came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by La Academia de Tincho's Esteban Ur. But to his dismay, Esteban Ur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 30 minutes of play, La Academia de Tincho's Esteban Ur made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaston Beti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaston Beti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Ur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Urbano Ordono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Urbano Ordono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Academia de Tincho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urbano Ordono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Esteban Ur made a kick off. Fulgencio Oxel hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gaston Beti made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Urbano Ordono sent off a good shot on target. Gaston Beti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Ur in the 55th minute of play. Gaston Beti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Ciceron in the 66th minute of the match. Tobias Silvino hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. La Academia de Tincho's Urbano Ordono got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Julio Celipe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Petarditos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Academia de Tincho the free kick. La Academia de Tincho's Epifanio Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Natal in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiberto Fanuco in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Petarditos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Academia de Tincho's performance. The match ended with a win for La Academia de Tincho.
