Uriel Luar ran back to his position shaking his head. Luis Maxin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Marciano Fliz's shot from long distance in the 13th minute was not bad at all, but Las Brujitas de Verón's Jesus Fernado knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Luisito Platon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Las Brujitas de Verón's Everardo Otsoa got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 minutes, Uriel Luar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Trentino and the Las Brujitas de Verón players grew even worse after the yellow card. Las Brujitas de Verón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Everardo Otsoa in the 20th minute. A nice corner shot did that Everardo Otsoa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristian Telo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Las Brujitas de Verón's Faustino Nuno got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Marciano Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Maureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Godfredo Corderun came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Las Brujitas de Verón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Corderun couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Faustino Nuno sped through Club Atlético Trentino's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristian Telo. Cristian Telo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Otsoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The corner led Las Brujitas de Verón's Everardo Otsoa to fire away a dangerous shot which Cristian Telo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Las Brujitas de Verón's Luisito Platon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Telo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Matias Guillen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Sadurni during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Trentino's Elpidio Sadurni got a free kick in the 48th minute. After the first half Las Brujitas de Verón were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hipolito Fernandes made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Trentino's goalkeeper Cristian Telo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luisito Platon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Cristian Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Maureo in the 61st minute of play forced Las Brujitas de Verón's goalkeeper Jesus Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Las Brujitas de Verón defense, Elpidio Sadurni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jesus Fernado. The Las Brujitas de Verón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesus Fernado should have stopped the shot. Hipolito Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Las Brujitas de Verón's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Maureo came free, but Jesus Fernado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Telo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Nuno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Everardo Otsoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Las Brujitas de Verón's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Maureo came free, but Jesus Fernado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipolito Fernandes took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesus Fernado. Jesus Fernado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Las Brujitas de Verón's Matias Guillen got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Telo stood somewhat misplaced when Luisito Platon came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 92 minute. Cristian Telo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Guillen in the 96th minute. The Club Atlético Trentino fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Las Brujitas de Verón were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
