Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Sopapa y Cotonete FC's Ciro Escobar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Angelino Tiso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aiacos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Tiso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Ayala in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pastor Rencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pastor Rencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Ayala's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Pastor Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Tiso in the 17th minute of the match. After 20th play minutes Eugenio Ayala shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Pastor Rencio and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 23rd minute Eugenio Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Rencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Ayala in the 25th minute of play. Silvano Caradaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Irrintzi in the 28th minute. Angelino Tiso took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Rencio. Pastor Rencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Silvano Caradaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Escobar in the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonzo Cresenciano during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aiacos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomás Senon in the 48th minute. In the 51st minute, Eugenio Ayala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugenio Ayala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes, Eugenio Ayala made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Sopapa y Cotonete FC's Pastor Rencio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute of the match Armando Urbes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pastor Rencio skillfully saved the ball. Laureano Curcio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Ayala had several of the Sopapa y Cotonete FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Pastor Rencio as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Aiacos's zone, Ciro Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvano Caradaro came out of the goal and Ciro Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvano Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Irrintzi in the 79th minute of play. Silvano Caradaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Irrintzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Angelino Tiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Pastor Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sopapa y Cotonete FC's Pastor Rencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Sopapa y Cotonete FC from getting a goal against them. Aiacos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
