Norberto Rocio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Buinton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by tempra fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eduardo Salvino was slow to take the kick. During this time Aguirre FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Eduardo Salvino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Daniel Buinton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th minute, Emilio Montel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Norberto Rocio made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Aguirre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Montel came free, but Melquiades Matthew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Erdiano's late challenge caught a tempra fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Erdiano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Aguirre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Erdiano to maneuver through the defense.
