A beautiful save bye Liebig's goalie prevented a goal. Placido Milian hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Joel Iraitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Raimundo Rubio made a huge save. Raimundo Rubio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Fe, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Santo Lain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Liebig's Niceto Bikendi got a free kick in the 20th minute. Constantino Artaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Liebig's zone, Fermin Argina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Jax came out of the goal and Fermin Argina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Toro Rosso's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Fe came free, but Raimundo Rubio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Fermin Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Jax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Toro Rosso's Constantino Artaldo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleuterio Jax was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Eleuterio Firme fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liebig's protests and gave Eleuterio Firme a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Eleuterio Firme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liebig's goalkeeper Eleuterio Jax, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Feliberto Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fermin Argina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eleuterio Jax was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fermin Argina showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 53 minute of play. Eleuterio Jax was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Domingos Bixintxo. Eleuterio Jax came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Toro Rosso's Placido Milian. But to his dismay, Placido Milian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Constantino Artaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Jax having to interfere. Raimundo Rubio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Fe in the 68th minute of play. Constantino Artaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Fermin Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toro Rosso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fermin Argina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eleuterio Firme hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Fermin Argina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Liebig's Santo Lain got a free kick in the 90th minute.
