The supporters of Naranjito booed when Estacas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Nuno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorato Rey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Estacas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Ubelteso should have stopped the shot. Zeledon Ubelteso made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Juan Palben sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Tabor in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Ubelteso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Naranjito's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
