When Antonio Pudes came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Panfrula F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Pudes couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Bartolo Lopes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dudy F.C.'s Aquiles Behe. Antonio Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Behe having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Dudy F.C. getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Aquiles Leoncio hit a great ball. The long shot by Cipriano Bautista in the 52nd minute really tested Aquiles Behe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 54th minute Bartolo Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Behe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panfrula F.C. were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Dudy F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cipriano Bautista took the corner. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Lopes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Behe was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Antonio Pudes might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquiles Behe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After some careless play in the Dudy F.C. defense, Antonio Pudes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Behe. The Dudy F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Behe should have stopped the shot. Saul Formerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Mero in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Antonio Pudes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Antonio Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panfrula F.C.'s Bartolo Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Bartolo Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panfrula F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Behe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Panfrula F.C.'s Bartolo Lopes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquiles Behe. That made the score 1-3 after 86 minutes of play. Aquiles Behe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Lopes in the 90th minute of play. Fulgencio Edorta's late challenge caught a Panfrula F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Edorta helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Panfrula F.C. booed when Dudy F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Edorta didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Antonio Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Panfrula F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dudy F.C. throughout the match.
