Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ezequiel Francesco started the match with the kick off. Santos Iturris short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Silvestre Maju to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 6thth minute of the game Santos Iturri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resistencia FC's Silvestre Maju was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Resistencia FC's Adolfo Mendiko got a free kick in the 7th minute. The supporters of Resistencia FC booed when Horror team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Lano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Raebert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Francesco in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Jonathan Gaufred hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Resistencia FC's Silvestre Maju proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Resistencia FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Resistencia FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Adolfo Mendiko hit a great ball. Santos Iturri struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Silvestre Maju didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horror team. The supporters of Horror team booed when Resistencia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Resistencia FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Raymond. Santos Iturri in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Silvestre Maju, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 30 minutes of play, Resistencia FC's Tadeo Raymond made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Raebert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Raebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Francesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Silvestre Maju was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Cosme Lano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cosme Lano really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After a rather tough play, Horror team's Honorio Maureo got a free kick in the 38th minute. Clodoveo Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Maju having to interfere. Silvestre Maju showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Iturri in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Iturri in the 46th minute of play forced Resistencia FC's goalkeeper Silvestre Maju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Silvestre Maju came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Horror team's Santos Iturri. But to his dismay, Santos Iturri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ezequiel Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Raebert having to interfere. If Santos Iturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adolfo Mendiko kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Clodoveo Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Silvestre Maju tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cosme Lano came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Horror team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Lano couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Resistencia FC's zone, Santos Iturri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Maju came out of the goal and Santos Iturri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Iturri in the 81st minute of play forced Resistencia FC's goalkeeper Silvestre Maju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Iturri struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Silvestre Maju didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horror team. When Manuel Urtats came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Horror team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Urtats couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Santos Iturri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Resistencia FC booed when Horror team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Lano didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Resistencia FC's Fabian Raebert threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tadeo Raymond, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the Resistencia FC defense, Santos Iturri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvestre Maju. The Resistencia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvestre Maju should have stopped the shot. Horror team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
