Spectators: 7168 (Terracing: 5378, Seating: 1648, VIP seats: 142) Gogon FC's Feliberto Ireno started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Gogon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Celio came free, but Ivan Jaume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Gogon FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Marciano Olentzaro hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the game, Diego Perico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gogon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Awados the free kick. 10 minutes into the match, Lino Abascal sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Ivan Jaume threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Lino Abascal this time. Edgard Eutropio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ivan Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Awados's Ciriaco Celio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Feliberto Ireno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Diego Urdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgard Eutropio got free with Ivan Jaume in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafino Victoro in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Urdin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute Feliberto Ireno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Urdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Edgard Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Awados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Eutropio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Awados's zone, Serafino Victoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Urdin came out of the goal and Serafino Victoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inocencio Todor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Ivan Jaume skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciriaco Celio to strike the kick off in the second half. When Feliberto Ireno came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Gogon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Ireno couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Serafino Victoro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Serafino Victoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Celio in the 65th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Fausto Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Eutropio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ivan Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Awados's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Ireno came free, but Diego Urdin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 minutes, Marciano Olentzaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gogon FC and the Awados players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes Gogon FC got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Olentzaro. Lino Abascal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ivan Jaume. Gogon FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Serafino Victoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gogon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafino Victoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Urdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Romulo Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Serafino Victoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gogon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafino Victoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Urdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Eutropio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Jaume having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Awados's Edgard Eutropio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Jaume made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Marciano Olentzaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliberto Ireno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Diego Urdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Urdin made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Serafino Victoro sent off a good shot on target. Gogon FC's Feliberto Ireno got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Awados fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gogon FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
