Fausto Indalecio scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Barrionuevo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Camilo Enekoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Cosme Cesaro made a huge save. Cosme Cesaro made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Camilo Enekoitz sent off a good shot on target. Fausto Indalecio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Barrionuevo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Fausto Indalecio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Barrionuevo having to interfere. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zanjitas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hipolito Dodorol was slow to take the kick. During this time Embarcación FC's players had a chance to rest. Embarcación FC's Hipolito Dodorol was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but David Barrionuevo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Enzo Gonzales spun around in front of the goal 39 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Embarcación FC's goal. If Fausto Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Indalecio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Barrionuevo having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cosme Cesaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Enekoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Enzo Gonzales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Zanjitas's David Barrionuevo got control of the ball when Ignacio Miro tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Indalecio in the 68th minute of the match. Fausto Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. David Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Enekoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignacio Miro in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Barrionuevo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ignacio Miro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. David Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Zanjitas got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Hegoi. A nice corner shot did that Hipolito Dodorol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this David Barrionuevo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
