The referee showed Rosendo Sidoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 18 played minutes, Mercedes's Victorio Gentza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cosme Cesaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mercedes reached it. Mercedes's Emanuel Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Indalecio in the 25th minute of play. With a little luck, Mercedes's Emanuel Chepe got control of the ball when Ignacio Miro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorio Gentza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cosme Cesaro. Embarcación FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Embarcación FC's zone, Lisandro Chale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Inautzi in the 43rd minute of play forced Embarcación FC's goalkeeper Cosme Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Jonas Criston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Indalecio in the 48th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Fabio Inautzi in the 57th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Emanuel Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Miro in the 61st minute of the match. Cosme Cesaro made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fabio Inautzi sent off a good shot on target. Cosme Cesaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artemio Montez in the 70th minute. If Lisandro Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Victorio Gentza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mercedes getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Artemio Montez hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Mercedes's Lisandro Chale ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cosme Cesaro. Cosme Cesaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Indalecio in the 92nd minute of play forced Mercedes's goalkeeper Emanuel Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Ignacio Miro made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Chepe. Mercedes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The Mercedes players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Embarcación FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
