Gaston Toribio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Iker Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Amado Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ildefonso Cordareo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TOMBA FC's protests and gave Ildefonso Cordareo a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes TOMBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Cordareo. 17 minutes into the game, Genaro Aguirre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Iker Boniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Genaro Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Aguirre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Iker Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iker Boniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaston Toribio went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Teodosio Maiorga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Godofredo Veremundo made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Santos de Lucas's zone, Genaro Aguirre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Boniel came out of the goal and Genaro Aguirre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaston Toribio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Boniel having to make a save. Santos de Lucas's Iker Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Aguirre in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Aguirre made a kick off. Gaston Toribio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Boniel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Aguirre in the 55th minute of play forced Santos de Lucas's goalkeeper Iker Boniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Godofredo Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ildefonso Cordareo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, TOMBA FC's Ildefonso Cordareo got a free kick in the 59th minute. Santos de Lucas's Teodosio Maiorga got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Javier Edur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd match minute, TOMBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Toribio to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Hechter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Iker Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TOMBA FC's Gaston Toribio got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Gaston Toribio made a precise shot to the right of Iker Boniel. Santos de Lucas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Teodosio Maiorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Veremundo having to interfere. The TOMBA FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
