The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Gogo Aires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Montrelle was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The supporters of Luzuriaga booed when Madero Virtual FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Froylan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The tension between the Luzuriaga and the Madero Virtual FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Madero Virtual FC booed when Luzuriaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Garci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisito Ferdinand went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Madero Virtual FC defense, Gaspar Ebardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgardo Montrelle. The Madero Virtual FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgardo Montrelle should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Ebardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonardo Efren's late challenge caught a Madero Virtual FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Efren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Luzuriaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Efren to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Efren hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Luzuriaga's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Crescencio came free, but Octavio Garci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgardo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Ebardo in the 69th minute of the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Luzuriaga reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Madero Virtual FC's zone, Gaspar Ebardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Montrelle came out of the goal and Gaspar Ebardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgardo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Ebardo in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Gaspar Ebardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 minutes of play Luzuriaga's Leonardo Efren was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Luzuriaga's Leonardo Efren got a free kick in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Fernendo in the 95th minute of play forced Luzuriaga's goalkeeper Octavio Garci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
