Gavino Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Montrelle having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Fernendo in the 10th minute of play forced Sportivo Italiano's goalkeeper Segundo Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Ferdinand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Matthew received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Edgardo Montrelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luisito Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Sportivo Italiano's Aurelio Llorenc ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgardo Montrelle. Edgardo Montrelle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Madero Virtual FC's Edgardo Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Llorenc in the 24th minute of play. Aurelio Llorenc was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. Sportivo Italiano's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Aurelio Llorenc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Edgardo Montrelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes Sportivo Italiano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonardo Froylan who took care of the corner kick. In the 34th match minute, Sportivo Italiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Louis to maneuver through the defense. When Madero Virtual FC's Luisito Ferdinand in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Italiano's goalie prevented a goal. 36 minutes into the game, Sebastian Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Italiano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madero Virtual FC the free kick. After 36 played minutes Sportivo Italiano got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Batista. In the 38th match minute, Sportivo Italiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Lander to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Gavino Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Italiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Matthew was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Montrelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelio Llorenc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Madero Virtual FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Teyo. Sportivo Italiano's Aurelio Llorenc got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Sportivo Italiano's Amadeo Turi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Aurelio Llorenc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Montrelle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Aurelio Llorenc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Madero Virtual FC's Edgardo Montrelle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Gavino Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Italiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Matthew was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A very good chance. Francisco Claus charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Claus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 1-1 came through a penalty shot after 67 played minutes, when Madero Virtual FC:s Leonardo Froylan calmly waited for Sportivo Italiano:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gavino Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Italiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Matthew was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Montrelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Sportivo Italiano players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
