Gogo Jerico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Ovando having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Redondo got a freekick which was hit by Rene Selatse. In the 32nd minute of the match Cornelio Harriet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Ovando showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Albano Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Redondo's Marcelino Mercurio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victoriano Garaona during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes Redondo got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Garaona. After having played for 42 minutes, Alfredo Ortle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alastuey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Ortle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Ovando having to interfere. Albano Lucian's late challenge caught a Redondo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albano Lucian helped the player get up and apologised. 47 minutes into the game, one of Alastuey:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

60 minutes into the match, Redondo's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Ortle came free, but Roque Ovando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Domeka kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Alvaro Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Redondo getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Alvaro Oalo hit a great ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alastuey's goalkeeper Angelo Weterio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Alvaro Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Oalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Weterio having to interfere. Alvaro Oalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Angelo Weterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 99 minutes, Alvaro Oalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
