Spectators: 6666 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 0) Redondo's Gonzalo Maxin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Mauro Nuno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gouin AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Redondo the free kick. The supporters of Redondo booed when Gouin AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Nuno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Mede showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Maxin in the 7th minute of the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Alvaro Oalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redondo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Oalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Gouin AFC booed when Redondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Garaona didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Domingo Serafo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Gouin AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Serafo couldn't finish the play. When Mauro Nuno was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 19 minutes had been played. Marcelo Mede made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Oalo in the 23rd minute. Marcelo Mede made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Alvaro Oalo sent off a good shot on target. Gonzalo Maxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Maxin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Mede read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. When Ezequiel Henry fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gouin AFC's protests and gave Ezequiel Henry a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Redondo booed when Gouin AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Henry didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Maxin in the 43rd minute of play. Gonzalo Maxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Mede. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonzalo Maxin ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, Alvaro Oalo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gouin AFC's Marcelo Mede. Marcelo Mede was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Domingo Serafo made the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute Alvaro Oalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Oalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Mede was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Domingo Serafo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roque Ovando having to make a save. Roque Ovando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo Serafo in the 80th minute. Domingo Serafo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Ovando having to interfere. 3-0 became the score in the 85th minute when Gonzalo Maxin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Alvaro Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Redondo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
