Mataderos FC's Clemente Pelagius got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Albino Anaya came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Mataderos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Anaya couldn't finish the play. Sergio Emperanza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Gaxan in the 25th minute of the match. Albino Anaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Nalo having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Mataderos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Berriotxoa. Candido Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Emperanza having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Ricardo Vincente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Nalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Cieneguillas's Justo Nalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Cieneguillas from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Ederono made a kick off. Agustin Leocadio hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gerardo Harriet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Nalo having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Ricardo Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mataderos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Vincente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Salvadore hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Albino Anaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Vincente in the 63rd minute of play forced Cieneguillas's goalkeeper Justo Nalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Nalo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mataderos FC's Ricardo Vincente. But to his dismay, Ricardo Vincente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Ederono in the 75th minute of play forced Mataderos FC's goalkeeper Sergio Emperanza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Vincente took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Nalo. Justo Nalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 83 minutes, Agustin Leocadio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cieneguillas and the Mataderos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mataderos FC had played much better football throughout.
