Spectators: 7212 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Melquiades Lizar kicked off to start the match. Efrain Xacintu was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Melquiades Lizar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Melquiades Lizar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Serafino Vela scored 1-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Mendiko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eleuterio Bingen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Siro Mendiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rohirrim charge's goalkeeper Siro Mendiko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Eleuterio Bingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martillos For Ever's Efrain Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Lizar in the 36th minute of play. Eleuterio Bingen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Vela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Siro Mendiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Feliberto Kimetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Bingen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Bingen was the one to do the kick off. Rohirrim charge's Feliberto Kimetz got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 53 minutes, Melquiades Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rohirrim charge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Lizar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafino Vela might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Siro Mendiko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serafino Vela ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Eleuterio Bingen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siro Mendiko was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Kimetz in the 60th minute of play forced Martillos For Ever's goalkeeper Efrain Xacintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siro Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Bingen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zacarias Uxio fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rohirrim charge's protests and gave Zacarias Uxio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Zacarias Uxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Xacintu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Kimetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Xacintu came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Rohirrim charge's Feliberto Kimetz. But to his dismay, Feliberto Kimetz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Melquiades Lizar scored 4-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efrain Xacintu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Melquiades Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Martillos For Ever players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rohirrim charge.
