Paolo Mitxaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Etxahun having to interfere. If Paolo Mitxaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Mitxaut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Florentino Etxahun made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Domingo Esiquio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florentino Etxahun was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Florentino Etxahun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Esiquio in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes, Abbott AFC's Victorino Gorri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eustaquio Clementi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Abbott AFC reached it. 27 minutes into the match, Abbott AFC's goalkeeper Florentino Etxahun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubaldo Anaya. Eustaquio Clementi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Belo in the 29th minute of the match. Paolo Mitxaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Paolo Mitxaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Álzaga's Domingo Esiquio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florentino Etxahun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paolo Mitxaut succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 42nd playminute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the match, Álzaga's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Lluc came free, but Eustaquio Clementi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Lluc struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Eustaquio Clementi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abbott AFC. In the 75thth minute of the game Paolo Mitxaut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abbott AFC's Florentino Etxahun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abbott AFC's Florentino Etxahun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Esiquio in the 77th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Esiquio in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Etxahun saved Abbott AFC from getting behind. Paolo Mitxaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Etxahun having to interfere. Mario Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Álzaga players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
